Terms and conditions
- With each registration form join a 30% deposit payment, possible by credit card or bank transfer.
- The rest should be payed 2 weeks before starting arrival.
- For last minute registration (less than 2 weeks before arrival), payment should be made in full.

Holidays : There are no classes on public holidays.

Cancellation
Registration fees are not refundable. Registration is personal and can not be transferred to another person.
• If you wish to cancel your registration, you must send us an email 4 weeks before the start of classes.
In which case, the total will be refunded except for the administrative costs.
After this period any refund will be impossible.
• BLCI will not reimburse a stay which has started in school or in a host family.

Insurance : You must have minimum risk insurance cover when staying at BLCI :
- Medical expenses (illness, hospitalization, repatriation)
- Liability (damage to a third party)
Photo Copyrights:
• BLCI can take photographs during your stay in our school. The school retains the right to use these photos on brochures or websites.
• If you do not want your image to be used, it is imperative that you sign our internal document concerning copyright.
